Pictures Ajijic Regatta de Globos Balloon 2016

The month of September is an active one at Lakeside, with a calendar full of events, however the the Ajijic Balloon Regatta is one of our favorites. Access Lake Chapala takes pride in participating in it and supporting the team “Si Lupita” that creates our balloon every year. Many teams prepare during months before the event, in pasting together the fine china paper that is required to make these balloons fly.

This event grows larger every year and this particular one was the largest. The local soccer field where the event is held was full of locals and expats working together in making these balloons fly. We took some great pictures this year and an aerial video with our drone, make sure to check out our balloon, we are very proud on how it turned out this year.
