Vista Alegre – Cielo Vista Real Estate, Rentals & Info

Situated on the far east side of San Antonio Tlayacapan, Vista Alegre (Joyful View) and Cielo Vista (Views of the Sky) are two separate Gated Communities know as Condominiums and built by the same developer. Both are completely gated with common areas such as heated pool, tennis courts and club house. Cielo Vista even has a gym and library. Private security companies hired by the HOA (home owners association) operate in both communities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, making them both very secure controlled access developments. Depending on the lot location, many of the homes in both areas have Lake views, not to mention beautiful views on the Sierra Madre mountains.

Infrastructure: The streets are completely paved with “adoquin” a flag stone type rock that makes it very accessible to walk on versus the usual cobble stone streets you find in the traditional towns of Mexico. Each has its separate HOA Condo association and bylaws it operates under.

Area limits of Vista Alegre & Cielo Vista

Below is a location map of both communities, Vista Alegre is marked in red and Cielo Vista is marked in blue, they are both situated between the Tobolandia water park and Chula Vista Norte gated community. These developments are in a great location and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, banks and shopping centers making them one of the most desired places to live. The Lakeside Walmart is only a 10 minute walk away.

Real Estate, Rentals & Neighborhood

Homes in Vista Alegre are known to be larger and in a higher price range than Cielo Vista. The overall finishes of the homes in Vista Alegre are of higher quality standards and Real Estate prices range anywhere from 200,000 USD up to 500,000 USD, while rentals go for 800 USD up to 1,700 USD. The main difference between both communities is how you are able to purchase your property.

In Vista Alegre you are at liberty of being able to buy your lot and building your own home with the contractor of your choice, of course you must abide to the construction guidelines (colors, hiegths etc). In Cielo Vista you must select one of the 7 model spec homes designed by the developer and cannot buy your own lot or build your own home. Price ranges start at about 130,000 USD up to 250,000 USD and rentals start at 650 USD up to 1,200USD.
